The Rev. Anna Sutterisch


The Rev. Anna Sutterisch is passionate about new ways of being and doing church and sharing the Gospel in a way that is relevant and life-changing to today’s people in today’s world. Rev. Anna holds degrees in English and Viola Performance from Baldwin Wallace University and Conservatory, and is a proud graduate of Bexley Seabury Seminary, where she serves on the Board of Directors. She has previously served as Canon for Formation in the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio, which included directing summer camp at Bellwether Farm. She lives in Cleveland with her spouse (also a parish priest), their two small boys, and two cats, and loves to run, cook, and eat vegetables.

Music Director:

Dr. Konrad Binienda


Dr. Konrad Binienda is an acclaimed concert pianist celebrated for his poetic interpretations of Romantic music, charismatic stage presence, and deeply moving performances. He has performed extensively around the world, appearing in China, the Philippines, Poland, Switzerland, and across the United States.

Dr. Binienda holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he studied with HaeSun Paik. He is the co-founder and president of the Fryderyk Chopin Institute of Ohio, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Chopin’s music and preserving his cultural legacy.


Parish Administrator:

Michele Baskette


Michele Baskette is a long-time Chagrin Falls resident who has worked for Visiva and Camo Concepts doing Accounts payable and receivables prior to coming to St. Martin's in 2018. Michele likes to garden and hike, and volunteers with many local organizations. She is a faithful leader at St. Luke the Evangelist Antiochian Orthodox Church, where she attends with her husband and 4 children.

Bruce Downie

Class of 2027


Bruce Downie (and family) has been attending St. Martin’s since 1990, and collectively the family has served in numerous roles from Vestry all the way down to sheep in the pageant. Bruce's wife is retired and he is "practicing" retirement as a CPA and income tax preparer for small businesses and individuals.


Mark Webster

Class of 2027


Mark is a cradle Episcopalian, the son of an Episcopal priest, who joined St. Martin's when he and his wife, Brenda, moved to Solon 4 years ago. He has served various parishes in a wide variety of roles, and now serves as a licensed lay preacher, a lay service leader, a lay reader, and Verger. Mark and Brenda currently reside in Solon and have three adult children and eight grandchildren. Their daughter, Jillian and two of their granddaughters, Madison and Megan, also attend St. Martins.

Pam Blemaster

Class of 2028


Pam has been a member of St. Martin’s for almost 50 years and has served on the wellness committee, altar guild and vestry under Ernie Duross. Pam has two children who grew up here and her son was an acolyte. Pam’s  favorite things are cooking and food, reading, old movies, music of all genres, and travel.

JP McCallin

Class of 2028


J.P. McCallin is a former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel,  board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician and pain medicine specialist at University Hospitals and an assistant professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, specializing in interventional and neuromodulation treatments for chronic pain. J.P. and his wife Tracy and boys Ian (14) and Derek (11) have been members at St. Martin's since moving back to Ohio in the summer of 2021. St. Martin's has provided a wonderful and nurturing environment for his entire family to group in their faith. 

David Miller

Class of 2028


David Herbert Miller is an 87 year old widower with three grown children, 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. As a retiree, he lives at South Franklin Circle Senior Living Facility where he exercises, tries to make friends, cares for a nice woman with vascular dementia, and hopes to make a life out of the years left to him. As a confirmed Lutheran, he loves St Martin's for the music (Luther said God was in the music), the people devoted to Christ and his church, and the youth and enthusiasm of Anna, Priest in Charge. 

Nancy Horn

Class of 2029


Hi my name is Nancy Horn and I have been serving St Martins on Outreach for many years! It has been such fun watching us grow reaching out to different sectors of our community and surrounding areas. I am excited to be part of the new Vestry to watch us grow further under Anna’s direction

Phyllis Marino

Class of 2029


Phyllis Marino is proud to have been a member of St. Martin's for more than 40 years and holds the church deep in her heart. Marino is now retired from a long career in healthcare marketing strategy and is honored to be able to give back to St. Martin's and other groups doing good work in the world. 

Richard Stanley

Class of 2029, Clerk of Vestry


Richard was born in Chicago and raised in its northern suburbs. He is an attorney whose practice has involved foreign securities. In 2018 he retired as a managing director and senior managing counsel of BNY Mellon in New York and moved to Chagrin Falls. He moved his parish membership to St. Martin’s that year. He has been Clerk of the Vestry since the year 2020 and, prior to the pandemic, sang in the choir. He enjoys foreign languages, reading history and swimming.

Mary Meade

Treasurer


Mary was raised Episcopalian and she and her husband John have been members of St. Martin’s for 35 years. Mary is retired and loves St. Martin’s for many reasons. “It is my faith home and the place I feel secure and loved.”
